SSEF received a delegation of experts and consultants from the Academy, and signed a memorandum of understanding, which revolves around the development of functional practices; working on improving productivity and performance; and upgrading the services provided by the Foundation through advice, guidance and counseling, holding approved training courses and programmes, and joint events.
The Foundation welcomed this fruitful cooperation, whereas Her Excellency Mona bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation, stated that SSEF seeks, within its strategic plans, to achieve career development for employees and raise the efficiency of provided services and programmes, as this constructive cooperation represents a cornerstone in advancing the institutional work, which in turn will be reflected in the development of best practices.
Mona bin Hadda Al Suwaidi added that SSEF is keen to keep pace with the rapid changes and improve job performance through the development of services to ensure that results meet the planned aspirations, whreas this agreement comes as a continuation of the continuous development process that translates innovative management visions and the constant quest to improve and develop systems, mechanisms and methodologies for work, and chart a strategic course of action to improve job performance by providing training courses with the aim of directing and evaluating the progress of the implemented projects to get the best results towards sustainability.
Dr. Nader Al Hamad, CEO of the Middle East Representative Office and Director General of Kingston Global Institute – Dubai, said that the Institute is present to sign a memorandum of understanding between Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation (SSEF) (Al Tamkeen) and the British Kingston Academy for Graduate Studies and Business Administration in the Middle East and North Africa, and accordingly, the Institute is authorised to provide development, training and consultancy services to advance the work with the SSEF administrative staff to create a distinctive model in social work.
It is worth noting that SSEF is keen on developing work quality and functional practices improving competencies that are consistent with the management’s directions in gaining and employing knowledge and expertise in generating innovative ideas to develop the work environment, and the application of global competitiveness standards and indicators for orphan development and care, providing services with scientific competencies and high skill capabilities.
