Sharjah 24: to develop the social work in Sharjah, Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) organised a lecture entitled "Methods of Socialization for Children" targeting workers in the social sector with the aim of developing them and providing them with professional skills and new practices. Moreover, the lecture targeted all members of society, especially parents, in order to raise their awareness on their duties and responsibilities.
The lecture was organised via "Zoom”.
The lecture presented by Dr. Zizit Mustafa Nofal, Associate Professor at the College of Arts at the University of Sharjah, tackled the stages of social upbringing of the child according to the correct methods, with the aim of providing individuals with the principles and trends of the society in which the children live, which contributes to promoting the social integration of children.
The Training Division of the Social Licensing Department will continue to offer a series of specialised and qualifying programmes and workshops in cooperation with the concerned authorities, which will attract workers in the social sector to improve their performance in the social field.
