Sharjah24: In continuation of the proactive services launched by the Customer Happiness Center at the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department of Sharjah Police, which comes as an embodiment of the Ministry of Interior's strategy aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction with the services provided.
Lieutenant-Colonel Khaled Muhammad Al Kai, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Sharjah Police, said that as part of the center's proactive services aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and happiness, the Customer Happiness Center in driving distributed 500 parking cards for people with disabilities, in cooperation with a delivery company.
Lieutenant-Colonel Khaled El-Kai explained that the cards that were issued and renewed for the category of people with disabilities will be delivered to their residence, and they will be automatically renewed every year without the need to visit the service centers.
The Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Sharjah Police confirmed that this initiative embodies the interest of the Sharjah Police General Command in this category of society and provides them with all distinguished services with ease and ease, as they are an important segment of society.
