Sharjah24: In pursuit of achieving the objectives of the Sharjah Police General Command, which are consistent with the strategic objective of the Ministry of Interior aimed at enhancing security and safety. The Sharjah Police General Command launched a security awareness campaign targeting the owners of facilities under construction, with the aim of educating them to protect their private property from theft through a number of measures and procedures.
Colonel Yousef Obaid Harmoul, Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department at Sharjah Police, said that the campaign will continue for a month since its launch on Monday, 20/12/2021.
Colonel Youssef Harmoul indicated that the campaign will address a number of security and safety requirements related to protecting facilities under construction from theft crimes, and the preventive measures to be followed. Driving social media, electronic display screens, in addition to spreading awareness through various print, audio, visual and smart media.
The Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department at Sharjah Police called on the owners of the facilities under construction to raise awareness and adhere to preventive measures to reduce theft, and to report any suspicious movements around the site by calling the number (901) designated for non-emergency reports, or via the communications hotline in the Department of Investigation Criminal on 80040, or through a guard service through the application of the General Command of the Sharjah Police.
