Sharjah24: His Excellency Saeed Al Suwaidi, Chairman of Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA), held a meeting with the new engineers who joined the Authority since the beginning of this year, with the aim of achieving effective communication with them and introducing them to the Authority’s vision, goals and institutional values, underscoring the importance of these goals in achieving excellence and providing the best services to the customers.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency welcomed the new engineers, congratulating them on the start of their careers, stressed on the Authority's strategy and remarkable efforts to train and qualify employees.
He has further highlighted the significance of such meetings in exchanging views and suggestions on various topics related to the work fields with the Authority’s employees, shedding light on the importance of reviewing the work progress and discussing various topics related to their work, in order to create a distinct and positive job environment.
He has lauded the vision and directions of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of Sharjah Executive Council (SEC).
He urged the new engineers on the importance of improving the performance of their responsibilities and job duties.
