Sharjah Police announces five new digital services

Sharjah24: As part of a series of continuous and unremitting efforts of Sharjah Police that aim to support the government's approach in ensuring the provision of digital transformation services, the Customer Happiness Center (Traffic and Licensing Services Center) announced the transformation of 5 traffic services into digital services, to be provided through the smart application and the website of the Ministry of Interior.
The digital services included opening a traffic file, issuing vehicle ownership, converting traffic points to a driver's license, paying the vehicle impound period allowance, and issuing a vehicle disengagement certificate.

Commenting on this, Lt. Colonel Muhammad Abdullah Alai, Director of the Traffic Services and Driving Licensing Center stressed the keenness of Sharjah Police to ensure providing various services 24 hours a day/7 days a week, in line with the Ministry of Interior’s strategic goal, aimed at enhancing the customers happiness with the services provided.
