Laila Al Balushi revealed that the Forum will launch under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikha Jawaher bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, President of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs.
In an exclusive statement to Sharjah 24, Al Balushi stated that the Forum sheds light on numerous issues regarding the challenges of the digitalised life, its effects on society, and the families’ roles in raising their children in light of these challenges. The Forum will hold sessions to discuss the concerning issues presented by elite expertise and specialists in social matters. Also, there will be an exhibition that includes several visual materials and posters that will highlight the achievements of the DFDC, in addition to a corner for family counselling and several other activities.
