‘Sharjah Children’ conducts activities and programmes for members

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Children, an affiliate of the Rubu' Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators, warmly received members in a number of its Sharjah centres, starting from the 3rd of October, taking all precautionary measures to limit the spread of Covid-19 and according to the capacity for each centres.
Returning to the centres will be gradual and in three phases. The first phase included the opening of 6 centres, namely, the Child Centre for Arts in Mughaidir Suburb, the Child Centre in Al Heera for Sharjah children, the Child Centre in Al Dhaid, the Child Centre in Al Batayeh for children in the central region, while two Child Centres were opened in Kalba and Wadi Al Helou to receive children in the eastern region.

During the month of October, children will be involved in different events and activities that are organised physically and virtually, including the Toastmasters programme, the hydroponics programme and the animal world.  Children will participate in courses to develop children’s musical talents, including playing lute and flute, which will be held in cooperation with Sharjah Police Academy, Bahr El Nagham Programme, the International Academic Programme (ABSRM) and the choir "We Sing Together"; as well as workshops to develop children's reading skills, including the Reading Club programme, the storyteller and other programmes aimed at refining children's talents and skills.
