Sharjah 24: The Rubu' Qarn for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, represented by Sharjah Children, Sharjah Youth, Sajaya, and the Sharjah Capacity Development - Tatweer, revealed its launch of the "Trainer Platform", which aims to enhance the participation of competencies and attract talents from different age groups to contribute to the creation of leaders and innovators.
The platform constitutes a gateway to discover talented people who are able to train the age groups affiliated with the Rubu' Qarn for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators from the age of 6-19 years and above, and provide them with skills, develop their talents and build their personalities in various technical and scientific fields in line with the Rubu’ Qarn’s vision, objectives and strategy through providing diverse training programmes and workshops within the approved tracks in its institutions.
The mechanism for selecting candidates in the "trainer platform" is to focus on competencies that contribute to achieving the vision and mission of the institution and have the ability to diversify training methods and use modern training ones.
It should be noted that the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation provides creative and talented people of different age groups with training skills the opportunity to apply by filling out the electronic registration form available on the official pages of the social networking sites of the four institutions @shjchc, @shjyouth, @sajaya_shj and @sharjahcd, and attaching their CV and any supporting documents in the areas that suit them.
