She stated that Sharjah Children takes into account the implementation of the best security and safety standards, which guarantee the safe return of the affiliates, and provides a healthy environment for them and the administrative staff.
Speaking to “Sharjah 24”, Al Otaiba indicated that six centres have been opened in the city of Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region, with observance of centres’ capacity and implementation of all precautionary measures of disinfection and comprehensive sterilisation of buildings, activities halls, tools, and the provision of prevention supplies.
Al Otaiba explained that in order to preserve the safety of the affiliates, a set of requirements were adopted to ensure their safe return to the centres including presenting a negative PCR test results through the Al Hosn application, wearing masks and sterilising hands throughout the period of presence in the centres. She stated that affiliates with chronic diseases are excluded from attending the centres. Non-vaccinated workers in the centres are also required to have a nasal swab every two weeks, and every month for workers who have received the vaccine, she added.
