Sharjah 24: Sharjah Children, an affiliate of the Rubu' Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators, organised “The First Step to Music” music workshop series for beginners within the “Fun with Music” programme.

The workshop is given to children aged from 6-12 years, virtually via Microsoft Teams, to introduce them to music in modern and exciting ways.

Eman Al Hashimi, an Emirati orchestral composer, gave these workshops, introducing the foundation of music, its origin and development, and the types of musical instruments.

The children had practice sessions on playing several musical pieces using various musical instruments, and they were able to discover their inner musical talents.
