Sharjah 24: Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) received a delegation from the General Secretariat of Ajman Executive Council aiming at benefiting from the Authority's experience and expertise, in relation to private educational institutions.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, HE Ali Al Hosani, Director of the Authority and a number of officials.
The authority reviewed the first founding stages, including the authority vision and mission, aimed at empowering the educational community and achieving ambitious outputs, in line with the educational history of Sharjah, by organising the frameworks of the educational process in private educational institutions, and raising the quality of education by providing the necessary environment.
The meeting tackled the mechanisms applied by the authority in developing the educational system in the private sector, implementing best practices, and enhancing the investment environment, by providing facilitation services, and flexible legislation that attracts investors wishing to join the private educational system in the emirate.
The meeting also tackled the role of the Ministry of Education, which took the initiative in coordination with the authority and facilitated work through fruitful cooperation, consolidating its position as an official institution that aims to improve educational work tools and develop the private education system in the UAE.
Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi expressed her happiness with the visiting delegation, noting that the meeting aims to introduce the emirate's experience in the field of private education, and convey it to counterparts in the General Secretariat of Ajman Executive Council.
