Sharjah 24: His Excellency Ali Al Hosani, Director of Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA), accompanied by a delegation from the Authority, inspected the progress of the educational process in a number of Khorfakkan schools, including Al Bayan Private School, Al Qimma Private School, Khorfakkan Model Private School, and East Coast English School, to monitor the progress of the educational process and whether Precautionary measures are applied by schools.
Al Hosani said that the Authority visits come in accordance with an integrated programme to ensure that all Sharjah private schools adhere to the precautionary measures announced by the Authority, and to follow up on the progress of the educational system, especially that the largest number of private schools students returned to in-classroom education.
During the visit, Ali Al Hosani confirmed that the Authority is confidents that the administrative and teaching staff will implement the protocol and health requirements to ensure the continuity of in-person learning.
Ali Al Hosani met with the schools and educational administrations, stressing the importance of participatory work between all parties to ensure success and excellence, and work to develop plans and solutions for the educational process.
Sharjah Private Education Authority started to pay visits to a large number of private schools before the start of the new academic year, to determine the readiness of classrooms and facilities to receive students, while the current visits aim to ensure that schools are committed to implementing daily sterilisation, adherence to social distancing in classrooms, and abiding by the permitted numbers of students on buses, in addition to other measures and procedures.
Sharjah Private Education Authority visits and meetings with different Sharjah private educational institutions come within the Authority's strategies and keenness to provide a safe school environment that meets the requirements of the current situation, responds to the needs of the educational community, and consolidates Sharjah's educational position.
