Sharjah24: As part of its keenness to support government institutions and departments in the Emirate of Sharjah and to provide its employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to maintain the family entity and enhance its cohesion and stability, the Department of Family Development Centers (DFDC) of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah (SCFA), announced its intention to provide a series of awareness and guidance programs and initiatives for the employees of government agencies.
These government entities include Sharjah Police General Command, Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority, and Sharjah Cooperative Society.
The Department will start its initiatives by organising 7 induction programs for the Chamber's employees, which will be presented by a group of experts and social specialists working in the Department. The programs will discuss a number of different axes.
Commenting on this, Hessa Al Marzouqi, Director of Human Resources Department at the Family Development Centers Department, indicated that organising these programs comes within the framework of the Department's keenness to achieve the goals of the family cohesion in Sharjah, by supporting government institutions and enabling them to take care of community members and preserve the family existence and its interdependence.
