Sharjah24: The Sharjah Police General Command revealed that 1,963 transactions were completed, during the period from 19 to 23 July, through its customer happiness centers and its smart channels. The transactions varied between police services, traffic services, and penal and correctional services.
Lieutenant Ahmed Hassan Al Matroushi, Head of the Happiness Department of Sharjah Police, confirmed that the transactions carried out by the 16 customer happiness centers in the emirate reflect the distinguished role played by the staff of the Sharjah Police General Command, in ensuring customers’ happiness , both citizens and residents, in line with the goals of the Sharjah Police and the strategic objective of the Ministry of Interior, which aims to enhance the happiness of customers with the services provided.
Al Matroushi explained that the total transactions completed during the holiday amounted to 1,963 transactions, praising the efforts and role of the center's employees, in a way that reflects the keenness of the Sharjah Police General Command to provide the best services to customers.
He called on employees and customers who visit the centers to adhere to the precautionary measures to ensure the safety and health of the community, pointing out that all the services of the customer happiness centers are available through the smart channels of Sharjah Police, represented in the website www.shjpolice.gov.ae and the smart application of Sharjah Police "Sharjah Police" that is available via smart phone apps.
