Sharjah24: “One of the most important objectives of the SCHS's new strategic plan 2022-2032 is to integrate the city's leading role in national, regional, and global institutions,” said Sheikha Jamila bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, Director General of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS).
She went on to explain that the SCHS wants to implement institutional learning curricula, activate innovation management and knowledge production, invest in governance, institutionalize internal systems and processes, as well as expand the scope and quality of services to make them more accessible to beneficiaries, and work to achieve sustainability in human, financial, and technical resources. Mr. Tariq Kutb, a partner in "Excellence" for Consulting and Training, which works with the city on the plan, remarked on the strategic plan's relevance as a cornerstone in achieving the goals, and said: The City’s strategic plan during the next ten years will be a successful extension of the previous plan, taking into account technological development and rapid changes achieved worldwide.
He lauded Sheikha Jamila bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, Director General of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, for her unwavering commitment to improving services for people with disabilities in accordance with international best practices and strengthening the city's local and regional links.
