Sharjah 24: Major Imad Ali Al Murshidi, Head of the Prevention and Safety Department at the General Directorate of Civil Defence in Sharjah, noted that the Customer Happiness Centre (CHC) has been moved to the Traffic and Licensing Services Centre (TLSC) in Wasit Suburb, with the aim of enhancing the customers' satisfaction.
Al Murshidi added, in exclusive statements to “Sharjah 24”, that the aim of changing the location of the centre is to facilitate the customer’s journey, and to simplify the procedures through the presence of all relevant partners in one place.
The Head of the Prevention and Safety Department at the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Sharjah confirmed that there are many services provided to customers, most notably the security and safety procedures for buildings and facilities, and many other services, pointing out that Sharjah Civil Defence provides all its services 100% electronically, and it has allocated a service for inquiries and technical support.
