Sharjah24: Under the auspices of the Sharjah Sports Council, the Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club organised the Virtual Forum for Sports Innovation to prepare for the fifty through visual communication, on Sunday evening.
The forum comes within the framework of Dibba Al Hisn Club's interest in instilling a culture of innovation among institutions and individuals.
The forum began with a speech delivered by Ahmed Abdullah Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Culture and Community Committee and the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Committee of Dibba Al-Hisn Club, through which he praised the interest of the Sharjah Sports Council and Dibba Al-Hisn Club in developing the cultural and societal aspect in an innovative way and instilling a culture of innovation among all.
The forum concluded with a number of recommendations, which called for consolidating a culture of innovation and transforming sports work into a supportive environment for achieving the UAE centennial.
The recommendations of the forum also called for activating the marketing departments in sports councils, federations and clubs and managing them with mentalities with economic expertise, and in the same context, it called for giving opportunities to young people with economic and financial specialisation to participate in the leadership of the sports sector.
