The two sides held a meeting that saw the presence of Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Head of Khalid Port Police Department, and Lieutenant Colonel Faisal Al Khayal, Director the Criminal Investigation Branch at Khalid Port Police Department, and a number of specialised officers from both departments.
Ajman Police delegation’s visit aims to get acquainted with the best practices followed in the Khalid Port Police Department, as part of the Ministry of Interior's strategy to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise in security work.
Welcoming the visiting delegation, Brigadier General Al Hajri stressed the two sides’ ’keenness to strengthen cooperation, support their common goals in all areas of police and security work, and coordinate procedures and policies between them, in order to enhance the security and stability emanating from the vision of the Ministry of Interior, which aims to place the UAE among the best countries in the world in achieving security and safety.
Before wrapping up the visit, the visiting delegation thanked the officials in the Sharjah Police for the warm reception, hospitality and cooperation, praising the efforts made by Sharjah Police in all areas of security work.
