The day's programme included the "Family and Impact" workshop, themed "Embracing Today... Securing Tomorrow," presented by the Genius Volunteer Team. This workshop focused on the importance of family support and its role in shaping children's character and fostering positive values.
The Environment and Protected Areas Authority also presented the "Islamic Garden Coffee" workshop, which introduced participants to plants and the environment in an interactive way, contributing to instilling concepts of environmental conservation and sustainability in children.
The events also featured a variety of sports and recreational activities, including athletic games, water games, cycling, and archery, all in an enthusiastic atmosphere that fostered a spirit of cooperation and healthy competition among the participants. The day’s events were attended by His Excellency Dr Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, who praised the spirit of cooperation and teamwork of the activity team, appreciating the efforts of the supervisors and organisers in providing quality programs that achieve the goals of “Sharjah Summer Sports”, and contribute to providing a safe and attractive environment that enriches the participants’ time with knowledge, sports and entertainment.
