The "A Holiday Reimagined" programme continues to offer a diverse range of activities that combine knowledge, entertainment, and sports. These activities aim to help students make the most of their summer break, develop their skills, and discover their talents in a safe and stimulating environment conducive to learning and creativity.
The day's events began with a traffic safety awareness workshop presented by First Sergeant Bader Al-Raisi from Sharjah Police General Command (SPGC). Participants learned about essential traffic safety rules and how to maintain their safety and security through an interactive approach.
The events continued with an AI challenge competition that saw significant participation, alongside a series of educational and creative workshops. These included a pottery workshop in collaboration with the Environment and Protected Areas Authority, a cup doll-making workshop, and a traditional craft workshop presented by the Sharjah Institute for Heritage in Dibba Al Hisn. The workshops aimed to enhance handicraft skills and connect young people with their cultural heritage in innovative ways.
The Sharjah International Marine Sports Club also participated by organising several distinctive sporting events, including kayaking, rowing, swimming, and a water rescue course. These activities, along with a variety of other sports and recreational activities, contributed to fostering creativity, innovation, and teamwork among the participants.
