The Commander-in-Chief stressed that the continuous development of police services remains a key priority for the leadership, highlighting the importance of maintaining proactive solutions and innovative initiatives that address the needs of the community and customers while reinforcing confidence in the security and public services provided by Sharjah Police.
The meeting reviewed the progress and outcomes of several strategic and technological projects, as well as customer happiness initiatives. It also examined the key outcomes of the Higher Command Council's work during 2025, including projects, initiatives and recommendations that contributed to advancing institutional development and enhancing the quality of life across the community.
The council discussed a number of topics supporting institutional excellence, including the results of stakeholder surveys assessing the leadership's commitment to applying governance principles, as well as the complaints report, which identified opportunities for improvement to enhance customer happiness and improve the overall customer experience in accessing services.
The meeting also addressed the development of the employee incentives system to foster a positive work environment, encourage employees to innovate and excel, and further improve the quality of performance and services delivered to the community.
The meeting concluded by emphasising the importance of following up on the implementation of recommendations and development initiatives to achieve sustainable, tangible outcomes and further strengthen Sharjah Police's leadership in security and public service.
