The sessions also covered legal rights and duties, the importance of complying with laws and regulations, and the role of awareness in preventing social risks and promoting personal responsibility.
Part of a wider awareness programme
Sharjah Public Prosecution said the workshop was one of a series of educational programmes and activities delivered under the "Athar" initiative, which aims to build a society that is more informed about the law and better equipped to understand individual rights and obligations.
The authority added that improving legal knowledge helps individuals make sound decisions and respond positively to various challenges.
Community partnership
It also praised its cooperation with Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled, describing the partnership as an important step in expanding outreach efforts and ensuring awareness programmes reach target groups more effectively.
