Kalba Judo Championship cmte reveals competition schedule

Sharjah 24: The organizing committee of the Kalba International Open Judo Championship announced the schedule for the competitions, which will take place on December 6th, for men, juniors, and junior women, both from within the UAE and abroad.

In a statement, the committee confirmed that registration for the championship, organized by the UAE Judo Federation in cooperation with the Sharjah Sports Council and Kalba Sports Club, will be open from November 17th to December 3rd.

The official weigh-in and trial weigh-ins for all participating categories will be held on December 5th at Kalba and Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Clubs, in accordance with the international regulations for major judo tournaments.

Mohammed bin Thaloob Al Derei, President of the UAE Judo Federation, stated that the cooperation with the Sharjah Sports Council and judo clubs contributes to the success of various programs, events, and championships, and to the implementation of the federation's plans and programs aimed at enhancing the competitive capabilities of national team players.
