Marwan Al Muhairi: “Ethraa” to boost Emiratisation in finance

Sharjah 24: Marwan Al Muhairi, General Manager of the Emirates Institute of Finance, explained that the Ethraa Career Fair, launched, on Thursday, at Expo Centre Sharjah, aims to support national talent and accelerate Emiratisation in the financial sector, with the participation of 108 companies.

Providing 1,500 job opportunities in key financial sectors

Al Muhairi stated that the fair offers 1,500 job opportunities for Emirati men and women in the financial, banking, and insurance sectors. The event is organised by the Emirates Institute of Finance in cooperation with the Sharjah Department of Human Resources, the Central Bank of the UAE, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Expo Centre Sharjah.

Fostering career development and a competitive financial sector

In remarks to “Sharjah 24,” Al Muhairi expressed his pride in collaborating with strategic partners to make Ethraa a success. He highlighted that the fair provides high-quality employment opportunities in management, economics, accounting, finance, insurance, and information technology, supporting Emiratis in their career paths and enhancing their participation in shaping a more innovative and competitive financial sector.
