Sharjah 24: Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director General of the Sharjah Digital Department (SDD), witnessed the launch of the remote company formation project for the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) at the Sharjah Government Pavilion during GITEX Global 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Saud Al Ali, Director of Information Systems at HFZA, noted that the project allows clients to conveniently and safely establish their firms from anywhere in the world using a virtual robot.

He told "Sharjah 24" that, under the guidance of HFZA Director Saud Al Mazrouei, multiple departments worked together to create a completely integrated in-house technical system that did not require external vendor support. The project was introduced at GITEX 2025 to align with the motto of the Sharjah Digital Department, "Digital integration with humanity at its core."
