Pre-Badminton World Cup press conference on November 20

Sharjah24: The Supreme Organizing Committee for the 2025 Badminton World Cup recently met at the Sharjah Sports Council to approve important preparations for the event. They discussed plans for logistics, marketing, and communications with the International Federation, along with updates from different committees involved in organizing the tournament.

The committee announced they would hold a special press conference on November 20 to share details about the tournament, which is set to take place from December 11 to 14. During the meeting, they covered a range of topics including the necessary requirements from the International Federation, the standards for the venues, the program for the opening ceremony, and the list of countries and teams that will be participating. They also talked about how the tournament will be broadcast on television and the promotional strategies to be used through media and social media platforms.

The meeting was led by Noura Hassan Al Jasmi, the President of the UAE Badminton Federation, along with several key members of the organizing committee including the Tournament Director, the Tournament Coordinator, and heads of various committees like Media and Marketing, Security, and Support Services.
