This award falls within the framework of the Sharjah Noble Quran and Sunnah Est.'s mission to graduate generations of Quranic scholars who combine memorisation with high morals, contributing to strengthening the identity of Emirati society.

Sharjah, beacon of knowledge and faith

The award also embodies the Emirate of Sharjah's vision to be a beacon of knowledge and faith, and a leading global centre for serving the Holy Quran and caring for its memorisers.

The ceremony began with the UAE national anthem, followed by a fragrant recitation from the Holy Quran by one of the honoured students. This was followed by a video presentation showcasing the award's journey, its stages, and its achievements since its inception, highlighting the efforts of the Establishment's Quran memorisation circles spread across the Emirate of Sharjah, as well as the Holy Quran Memorisation Award, one of the Establishment's distinguished awards.

Al Ketbi added that the Sharjah Noble Quran and Sunnah Est., in celebrating them, continues its blessed mission of spreading Quranic circles and sponsoring the teaching of the Quran through memorisation and recitation throughout the emirate, with the generous support of the wise leadership and the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
