Many of their proposals have already been put into action to better serve passengers. To show appreciation, the winners received free airline tickets, thanks to Air Arabia, the main sponsor of the program.
Dr Al Hamoudi highlighted that recognizing participants in this program shows the airport's commitment to listening to travelers. So far this year, 11 customers have been acknowledged for their diverse suggestions aimed at meeting the needs of those passing through the airport. This latest group of six made practical suggestions that have helped enhance services at Sharjah Airport.
To gather customer opinions, Sharjah Airport uses a simple strategy. They have satisfaction surveys available on their website, and airport staff also speak directly with travelers during their time at the airport to gather feedback.
