The programme will begin on September 27, and will continue until November 8, 2025. One weekly training workshop will be held every Saturday, under the supervision of professional chefs with local and international experience.
The programme aims to develop practical kitchen skills and foster independence, confidence, and creativity among young people through an interactive environment that combines practical learning with a spirit of challenge.
The programme concludes with an exciting experience, the "Mystery Box" challenge, which tests quick thinking and creativity in transforming surprising ingredients into distinctive dishes.
His Excellency Khalid Ibrahim Al Nakhi, Director of the Sharjah Capability Development, said that the launch of the ITQAN programme reflects the Foundation's commitment to empowering youth and providing them with practical life skills that enhance their independence and self-confidence.
The programme is not limited to teaching culinary arts; it also opens new horizons for creativity for participants and provides them with a unique experience that embodies the Foundation's vision of building youth capacities in line with the aspirations of the UAE.
