IGCF: a global platform for enriching community life

Sharjah 24: Government officials and leaders have underlined the vital role of the International Government Communication Forum (IGCF), in improving quality of life and serving communities. The 14th edition, held under the theme “Communication for Quality of Life”, highlighted key areas such as food security, public health, education, sustainability, and the green economy.

Sultan Mohammed bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Department of Municipal Affairs, praised the organisers for spreading the message of effective communication.

Dr Abdul Aziz Al Musallam, Chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, said the forum has had a clear positive impact by strengthening constructive dialogue between governments and communities.

Brigadier Dr Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani, Director General of the Sharjah Police Academy, expressed that both individual and institutional communication are essential to raising quality of life through clear and effective messaging.

Khamis Abdullah Al Mazrouei, CEO of Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC), described the forum as an inspiring global platform that promotes transparency and idea sharing, reflecting the vision of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah in fostering collaboration between institutions and society.
