IGCF is organised by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB) on September 10 and 11 at Expo Centre Sharjah. The forum is being held under the theme "Communication for Quality of Life." Shams participation affirms the forum's position as a global platform that highlights the role of communication in improving the lives of individuals and communities and promoting sustainable development.

His Excellency Rashid Abdullah Al Obaid, Director General of Sharjah Media City (Shams), emphasised that Shams' participation in the forum aligns with its vision to enhance the role of media as a fundamental pillar of the creative industries.
