Sharjah 24 – AFP: Tottenham secured a significant 2-0 win over Manchester City on Saturday at the Etihad Stadium in the second round of the English Premier League.

Goals from Johnson and Palhinha seal the victory

Welsh forward Brennan Johnson opened the scoring in the 35th minute, followed by a stoppage-time goal (45+2) from Portuguese midfielder Joao Palhinha, giving the visitors a two-goal lead going into halftime.
