Held under the theme “Together towards quality of life”, the camp was organised as part of the council’s educational committee programme and ran over several days, with 53 students from various school stages taking part.

Workshops and interactive activities

The camp featured a diverse programme of interactive workshops and educational and recreational activities aimed at developing students’ skills and instilling positive values. It provided a vital platform for young people during the summer holidays, promoting responsibility, sustainability, creativity, and innovation.

Educational and environmental sessions

Activities included a workshop on respect in society led by Nawal Ibrahim Al Sakkar, Chair of the Educational Committee; a recycling session under the slogan “Together we recycle and benefit”; a creative storytelling workshop; and a sustainable farming session with Dibba Al Hisn Municipality.

Recreational and cultural activities

The camp also offered cultural competitions and team-based activities in partnership with the Talk51 educational platform, alongside practical workshops encouraging waste reduction and environmental responsibility.

Exploring future technologies

The programme concluded with an advanced workshop on artificial intelligence, where students explored modern educational applications and their role in developing academic and technical skills.

Council’s vision

The Parents Council emphasised that the summer camp reflects its strategy to invest in students’ potential during the holiday, offering activities that align with the UAE’s focus on sustainability and innovation, while preparing a generation capable of contributing to society and quality of life.
