Faisal Al Naboodah: Sharjah Coop launches organic pasta

Sharjah24: Faisal Khalid Al Naboodah, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Sharjah Cooperative Society, announced the launch of "Saba’ Sanabel" pasta by the Sharjah Agricultural and Livestock Production Establishment (EKTIFA) on Thursday across the cooperative’s branches.

High Protein Content

Speaking to "Sharjah24," Al Naboodah confirmed that the organic "Saba’ Sanabel" pasta is now available in all Sharjah Cooperative branches. The new product contains a high protein content of 19.3%, making it the highest globally.

Variety and Vision

He also noted that six different types of pasta are available under the “Khairat Al Sharjah” brand. He also expressed the Cooperative’s anticipation for more high-quality organic products to be launched by “EKTIFA”

Strong Public Response

The pasta received significant public interest in its initial hours of release. "Saba’ Sanabel" is made from organic, non-GMO wheat and features a high protein ratio. It is produced through a partnership agreement with the "Emirates Macaroni" factory.
