Conscious family: Society's fortress against the scourge of drugs

Sharjah 24: Coinciding with the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, observed annually on 26 June, Captain Maneh Mohammed Al Naqbi, Director of the Security Awareness Branch at the Security Media Department of Sharjah Police, emphasised that drugs are among the most dangerous plagues threatening individual health and societal cohesion. Their harms are not limited to the user alone, but extend to the family and society as a whole.
