At the main Club’s, three tailored programs are offered to suit various age groups. “Summer Wonderland” welcomes children aged 6 to 10 with a balanced schedule of arts and sports. “Color Me Happy” encourages creative exploration for girls aged 6 to 10 and boys aged 6 to 8. Meanwhile, “Teens Glowing Summer” is designed for girls aged 11 to 16, providing a platform for self-expression, personal development, and building future-ready skills.
Ala Alshanasi, Director of Business Management at Sharjah Ladies Club, emphasized the deeper vision behind the camp’s aim: “Our summer programs are about more than filling time they’re about creating impact. At Sharjah Ladies Club and its branches, we’re committed to building a space where participants feel safe, empowered, and inspired to learn. Summer Wonders is a journey of creativity, connection, and confidence. We encourage parents to give their children the opportunity to experience all it has to offer.”
Across the Club’s branches, participants will enjoy a vibrant and diverse schedule that reflects the spirit of each location. Girls aged 2 to 16 and boys aged 2 to 8 can take part in a wide array of activities, ranging from water games, sports challenges, and yoga sessions to boat races. Artistic workshops will include doll-making, seashell and candle decorating, upcycling crafts, pottery painting, crochet, cooking, and seasonal drink creation. Activities will be hosted at key facilities including Layaqa Center, Marasi Restaurant, Ibdaa Center, and the Tala Program
Moza al Wishahi Branch Manager of the Kalba Branch said: “Each year, we ensure our camps reflect the energy and changing interests of our community. We’re proud to offer an environment where fun, learning, and creativity come together a space where every child can find something they truly enjoy.”
The camps at the Club will run in two sessions: a morning slot from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, followed by an afternoon session from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. At the branches, programs will follow flexible schedules that generally run from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with slight variations depending on each branch’s individual timetable.
