In his remarks to "Sharjah 24," Bukhatir stated that in today's fast-paced technology landscape, new ways and approaches are required to reach all sectors of society. This is the goal of the Sharjah Centre for Cybersecurity, which works with government entities at both the emirate and federal levels to find quick solutions to improve digital security.
The forum addressed eight essential themes that reflect the concerns of the modern digital era. These included secure digital empowerment of the community, digital privacy and personal data protection, digital legislation and governance, combating cybercrime and methods of dealing with it, the role of government employees as a link to a secure digital society, and protecting the government work environment from cyber threats. The forum also addressed the issue of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity as a partnership of opportunities and hazards, emphasising the importance of striking a balance between innovation and digital system security in government institutions.
