The first unit, delivered over three in-person training days, covered key topics such as ethical principles, adopting a coaching mindset, and building effective coach-coachee relationships. It also included virtual group and individual mentoring sessions, offering participants practical opportunities to engage and exchange experiences under the guidance of certified trainers.
Participant Ahmed Al Raisi described his experience as transformative, noting, “It wasn’t just training — it was a journey of self-discovery that changed how I connect with others.”
The second unit, titled Building the Coaching Relationship, focuses on establishing professional agreements, fostering trust and psychological safety, and developing mindful presence. It follows the same hybrid format to reinforce hands-on learning. The programme aims to equip participants with practical tools for professional and leadership coaching while promoting coaching as a sustainable life approach.
