Sharjah 24: In a pioneering move that embodies the spirit of social responsibility, the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation (SSEF) announced that it has received a donation for the " Prophet’s Neighbours" Endowment project from the Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA), valued at over AED 3 million. With this contribution, the Authority becomes the first leading institutional entity in the Emirate of Sharjah to support this unique endowment project.

Responding to Sharjah Ruler’s Call for Good Deeds

This donation reflects the institutional engagement in response to the call of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, who urged for competition in acts of goodness.

A Seed for Achieving Noble Humanitarian Goals

The Foundation sees this donation as the first fruitful seed towards launching the project and achieving its noble humanitarian goals. The endowment is regarded as a pioneering initiative aiming to build an integrated support system for orphans, enhancing their integration into society and opening wider horizons for their growth and self-reliance.
