Sharjah24: The head of the organising committee for the Ramadan Championship, Ali Abdullah bin Noma Al Ketbi, noted that the Air Gun Championship has seen strong community engagement, with 240 contestants contending for tournament awards in the air rifle and pistol categories.
Al-Ketbi emphasised that the championship is one of the most important events hosted by the Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club at the shooting range. Now in its 30th year, it is a community event that promotes joy, excitement, and competition.
According to Sharjah 24, the competition is divided into four categories: junior shooter (14 years or below), youth (15 to 20 years), men's (21 to 50 years), and senior (51 years or older).
