Al Madam gets the lion's share in Sharjah Archery Championship

73 players participated in the championship representing 8 clubs: Al Madam, Sharjah Sports Club (the tournament host), Al Bataeh, Al Hamriyah, Dibba Al Hisn, Amiri Guard, Mleiha and Fujairah.

The closing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Ali Salem Al Kaabi, member of the Board of Directors of Al Madam Club and Chairman of the Group Games Committee, who crowned the winners.

The results of the championship categories for the teams were as follows:

- 70m Olympic Archery Category for Teams: First Al Madam, second Sharjah Sports, and third Al Madam "B".

- 50m Compound Archery Category for Teams: First Al Haras Al Amiri, second Al Madam, and third Al Hamriyah.

- Under 18 category 50m compound arch for teams: first Al Madam, second Al Bataeh, third Al Bataeh and Al Madam "joint"

- Under 15 category 40m Olympic arch for teams: first Al Madam, second Al Hamriyah, third Sharjah

- Under 15 category 40m compound arch for teams won by Mleiha Club.

As for the individual competition:

*Under 12 years Olympic arch 18m: first Musabah Al Ketbi from Al Madam, second Hamdan Al Ketbi from Al Madam, third Ali Al Mannai from Maliha.
