The team is undergoing morning and evening training sessions according to a comprehensive programme prepared by the technical staff, led by coach Captain Nadim Al Naqshbandi, and under the direct supervision of administrator Ibrahim Musabah. 

The programme focuses on developing the players' skill and technical abilities, as well as raising their level of physical fitness and enhancing their harmony. The camp also includes friendly matches with several local clubs, with the aim of honing the players' experience and preparing them to face various tactical schools.

Preparing players

The club's management emphasised that this camp represents an essential step in preparing the players in a balanced manner, both technically and psychologically, reflecting the vision of Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club to provide an ideal training environment that supports the various teams' journey towards success and championships. 

In this regard, His Excellency Rashid Abdullah Bin Howaiden, Secretary of Al Dhaid Club, stated that the table tennis team camp comes within the framework of the Board of Directors' commitment to providing the best conditions for the club's various sports teams and providing everything that contributes to enhancing their readiness for the new season. This stems from the club’s deep belief that sport is not just a competition, but rather a noble mission that contributes to building the character of young people and enhancing their sense of belonging and responsibility.

Developing youth capabilities

Bin Howaiden added that the club views sport as one of the most important pillars of its cultural and societal mission, as it seeks to balance sporting achievement with honing talent, thus consolidating Al Dhaid Club's position as a sporting and cultural beacon in the country.

Bin Howaiden explained that this continued focus by the club's management reflects the importance of sport as a fundamental pillar in developing youth capabilities and enhancing Al Dhaid Club's active presence in various sporting events. He emphasised that the aspirations for the new season are based on outstanding performance and achieving positive results that satisfy the club's fans and befit its distinguished reputation.
