Sharjah Women’s Sports Club fencers showcased impressive skill and determination throughout the championship. Al Anood Al Saadi secured the silver medal after a series of challenging bouts, while Sheikha Al Zaabi clinched the bronze medal with a strong performance in the knockout rounds. Their achievements reflected the club’s growing strength and the athletes’ continuous development.
Head fencing coach Hassan Al Zouari praised the team’s performance, highlighting the significance of such events in shaping athletes' abilities. He stated: "This tournament provided a fantastic opportunity for our fencers to compete against strong opponents. The team demonstrated great competitive spirit, and I am very pleased with their dedication and progress. We will continue working on refining their tactics and boosting their confidence for upcoming competitions."
Al Anood Al Saadi expressed her enthusiasm for the tournament, noting how it helped her adapt to different playing styles and enhance her skills. She said: "The championship was a great chance to test my abilities in an intense competitive setting. I focused entirely on my performance, which motivated me to refine my techniques and prepare for future challenges."
