Sharjah24: The Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) has finished the development of Al Luluyah Beach in Khor Fakkan, which intended to improve the area's infrastructure and traffic flow. The newly built 750-metre road is expected to reduce congestion and increase mobility in one of the emirate's most popular coastline tourism sites.

commitment to infrastructure development

Engineer Yousef Khamis Al Othmani, Chairman of SRTA, underlined the authority's commitment to implementing development projects that align with government plans for expanding and improving the road network. The program seeks to address community needs, improve road safety, and promote sustainable development, eventually benefiting residents, visitors, and investors while planning for future issues.

Parking expansion

Al Othmani stated that the project includes the construction of 226 vertical and parallel parking spaces, which greatly increases capacity. This phase aims to improve road safety and give tourists a smooth tourism experience by assuring appropriate parking solutions that meet the area's needs.

Dedicated boat area for fisherman

The project also includes a designated boat parking space for fishermen, which benefits the local maritime sector by providing logistical solutions that make fishing easier. This program strengthens Sharjah's position as a significant maritime centre, particularly in fishing and marine-related businesses, by offering fishermen a well-organised departure point while also increasing industrial efficiency.
