In an exclusive statement to “Sharjah24”, Al Naqi explained that the first phase of the platform focuses on rental services, including rental disputes, alongside services for companies and agencies. He also added that the upcoming development phases are set to expand the platform's capabilities, incorporating new services like a loan transactions, sales and purchase services, and various features designed to improve real estate processes while enhancing the emirate's digital infrastructure.
Al-Naqi emphasized that the participation of over 20 government and private entities enhances the integration of services, positioning the platform as a complete digital reference for all real estate transactions in Sharjah. He highlighted that the introduction of the “Aqari” platform represents a crucial advancement in the digital transformation of the real estate sector. This initiative is in line with Sharjah’s vision to deliver advanced digital government services aimed at simplifying the lives of residents and promoting a vibrant business and investment climate.
