The American University in Dubai team started the match with a lot of energy and took the lead in the first half, winning 25-22. This early success gave them an advantage. However, the Khorfakkan players didn’t give up. They fought back in the second half and played exceptionally well, managing to win 26-24. This turnaround changed the outcome of the match.

Khorfakkan maintained strong momentum in the third set and took advantage of key moments to win with a score of 25-22. They continued to dominate in the fourth set, finishing the match with a decisive victory of 25-14. This win was significant as it secured their place in the finals.

After the match, Khorfakkan Women's Sports Club coach Rahma Al Sanusi noted the strong performance of her team. She attributed their victory to effective teamwork and adherence to their game plan. Al Sanusi stated that the players demonstrated improvement in various aspects, particularly in their defense and ball reception. She acknowledged the competitiveness of the match, recognizing that the opposing team performed well. However, she highlighted that Khorfakkan was able to maintain control of the game due to their focus, team spirit, and commitment to their strategy.

With this victory, the Khorfakkan Women’s Sports Club is in a strong position heading into the next round of their tournament. However, they are aware that their journey isn't complete, as the American University in Dubai will be ready to fight back in the upcoming match. The team will keep training hard to ensure they perform well and aim to reach the finals, as they chase the title in the Women’s Volleyball League this season.
