Sharjah 24: In alignment with its commitment to supporting Emiratisation and enhancing the competitiveness of national competencies, the Sharjah Human Resources Department, in collaboration with the Federal Tax Authority, organized a job fair at the Holy Quran Complex in Sharjah.

300 job opportunities in various fields
The job fair offered over 300 opportunities across several fields, including accounting, finance, law, IT, data analysis, human resources, business administration, media, international relations, strategy, and economics. The event aimed to empower job seekers from various specializations.

Introductory sessions, visual presentations, and direct interviews
Attendees participated in introductory sessions about the Federal Tax Authority, viewed visual presentations, and engaged in direct interviews with recruitment representatives. This allowed job seekers to learn about job requirements and apply directly for opportunities.

Strategic partnerships to enhance employment
Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Sharjah Human Resources Department, emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships between government and private entities in enhancing Emiratisation policies and providing sustainable opportunities for citizens.

Empowering national competencies and raising readiness for the labour market
The fair aimed to raise national competencies' readiness for the labor market by offering quality job opportunities and highlighting the department's cooperation with the Federal Tax Authority to enhance employment opportunities in vital sectors and support Emiratisation goals.

Majid Hamad Al Marri, Director of the Human Resources Department in Sharjah, highlighted the exhibition as part of ongoing efforts to help job seekers access opportunities and improve their competitive skills.

Al Marri emphasized that the Department is dedicated to providing platforms that enhance national cadres' readiness to enter the labor market. This event allowed job seekers to engage with employers and gain valuable insights into the labor market.

Khalid Ali Al Bustani, Director General of the Federal Tax Authority, underscored the exhibition's importance in encouraging national cadres to pursue job opportunities in tax-related sectors, highlighting the Authority’s efforts to develop and train qualified Emirati professionals.

Al Bustani reaffirmed the Federal Tax Authority's focus on maintaining high rates of Emiratisation to empower Emirati youth and prioritize them for employment opportunities, aligning with the country's future strategies.
