The centre’s participation reflects the directives of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, which aims to increase the international presence of its scientific contributions. By showcasing publications related to Arabic language education, particularly for non-native speakers, the centre highlights its groundbreaking work, such as the "Reference Framework for Teaching Arabic to Speakers of Other Languages," the first of its kind globally.
In addition to this framework, the center is presenting a range of studies and publications aimed at enhancing educational skills. These include research on "Developing e-reading skills for secondary school students" and "A Reference Framework for Employing Technology in Teaching the Arabic Language," along with five publications from the Seventh International Arabic Language Conference in Sharjah.
The centre's pavilion has attracted significant attention, with many visitors engaging with the exhibits and activities on display. Notable figures, including Rashid Al-Kous, Executive Director of the Emirates Publishers Association, have also visited the pavilion. The pavilion’s design fosters an environment of knowledge, reflecting the Arab Education Bureau’s dedication to supporting and advancing the Arabic language.
Dr Issa Saleh Al Hammadi, Director of the Educational Centre, commended the successful organisation of the pavilion and its interactive approach with visitors. He stressed the value of participating in major cultural exhibitions like the Cairo International Book Fair, which enhance communication between publishers, creators, and readers, while also showcasing the center's contributions to the global promotion of Arabic language education. Al Hammadi reaffirmed the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States’ ongoing commitment to advancing regional education and promoting cultural exchange on both regional and international levels.
