Al Batayeh Festival showcases diverse range of 21 activities

Sharjah 24: Mohammed Abdullah Bin Hlais Al Ketbi, Chairman of Al Batayeh Municipal Council, announced the successful conclusion of the 7th edition of Al Batayeh Folk Festival. This year's festival showcased 21 initiatives across cultural, popular, security, and entertainment sectors, along with a variety of events and competitions designed for all segments of the community.

Heartfelt appreciation

Al Ketbi conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, along with his wife, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah, for their unwavering and generous support for Al Batayeh region and for the services extended to its residents.

In statements to “Sharjah 24,” Al Ketbi articulated that the festival sought to convey a message that links the rich heritage of the past with the authenticity of the present while also envisioning a bright future.
